Estimated Delivery Times

These times are an estimate only and are quoted as a guideline for your convienience.

Shipping Information

An order placed after 3:00pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday, may not be shipped until the next business day.

Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed, if all the products are in stock.

Orders placed for Overnight Delivery are usually delivered on the next business day. For example, orders placed on Friday morning are normally shipped on Friday, and delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are normally shipped on Monday, and delivered on Tuesday.

Every PrimoIT Web order shipped requires a signature for delivery. Orders will not be left at your doorstep. PrimoIT does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery to a Different Address

We understand that many households work during the day and are therefore unavailable to take courier deliveries. We will deliver to a different address to that registered for your payment method but we do request that you follow the procedures:

First-time orders Under £1500

A fax from the card holder authorising shipment to the alternate address. Please include the shipping address, the address registered for the payment method, order number and signature. (PrimoIT contact details below)

First-time Orders over £1500

Request a temporary change of address with the bank. This will then be verified by our processing centre.

Advise the bank that delivery is to go to a different address, then contact ourselves with the details of who to contact at the bank (i.e the name of the person you spoke to). We will then phone and verify this with your bank.
