If your goods arrive faulty, or develop a fault within the first 21 days, you may return them to us for repair or replacement. You may also return to us any product, for any reason, within 21 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in a re-salable condition. Please note that conditions do apply.
If you currently have goods that need to be returned to PrimoIT, read the conditions below and fill in the required information. Upon receipt of this form, a representative from PrimoIT will contact you with further instructions, and issue you with an RMA (returned merchandise authorisation) number.
