Refunds Policy

You will receive an email containing your RMA information. Print and send a copy of this with your returned item(s) proving it meets the following criteria:

  1. Goods must be returned as sold, IE in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
  2. Goods must be complete, unused, and in as new condition and must be re-packaged as received. If this is not the case you may be unable to return the good(s),
  3. Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 5 days from receiving the rma number. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 5 days.
  4. Any free gifts, or bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.
  5. In the event of an authorised return without the original packaging, Primo IT reserves the right to apply a re-stocking fee.
