These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of goods and services from Computaform UK Ltd trading as Primo IT. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

"Company", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Computaform UK Ltd t/a Primo IT. "Customer", "you" or "your" refers to the individual or organisation placing an order. "Goods" means the products listed on our website. "Order" means a purchase order submitted by the Customer.

2. Ordering

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. You will receive an order confirmation by email, which constitutes our acceptance of your order.

  • Prices shown on our website are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
  • All prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless a credit account has been established. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. For credit account customers, our standard payment terms are 30 days net from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates only and we cannot be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For specific delivery enquiries, please contact us on 01509 274500 before placing your order.

5. Title and Risk

Title to goods will not pass to you until we have received full payment for those goods. Until title passes, you must store the goods separately and keep them identifiable as our property.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:

  • Goods must be in original, unopened condition in original packaging
  • A returns authorisation number (RMA) must be obtained before returning goods — please contact our customer services team on 01509 274500
  • Special order items and software licences are non-returnable unless faulty
  • Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods in satisfactory condition.

7. Warranty

All goods are supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Any warranty claims should be made directly to us and we will manage the process with the manufacturer on your behalf. Our liability under warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, loss of profits, or damage to reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Computaform UK Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce any part of this website without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
